Meeting and banquets
There are 9 cozy meeting rooms (700 sq.m total) with the capacity to host up to 450 guests — all equipped in accordance with the highest international meeting standards. All rooms are suitable for conferences and trainings as well as for banquets and private events. Each meeting room has natural daylight, inbuilt LCD projector, a screen and stationery.
Meeting room Ulyanovsk (26 sq.m) is proper for small meetings up to 10 people.
Rooms Saratov, Volgograd, Astrakhan (54 sq.m each) is very popular for different trainings or seminars for 25–35 people. Convenient build-in wardrobe.
The most extraordinary of all rooms is for sure Samara (186 sq.m). It looks like a glass cube. Suitable for different functions: conferences, banquets, weddings. The adjustable lighting can transform this conference room into enchanting banquet room within minutes. On the roof of this meeting room there is an open space for cocktails.
Tver, Yaroslavl, Kostroma, Kazan (86 sq.m each) is very useful because of its construction offering a wide variety of possibilities. All 4 rooms can be combined for Ballroom (344 sq.m) or used as a single room depending on the type of a meeting.
